Enjoy Retirement And Reduce Your Daily Responsibilities

We believe independent living with support is the key to a happy life. Our residents enjoy the freedom to do what they please without the headache of looking after a home.

Spend your days enjoying our many indoor or outdoor common spaces. Join us on excursions or choose to participate in thoughtfully planned activities.

Visit family or friends for a weekend, or spend extended time away and know that your home is well cared for with no maintenance worry.

What Is Independent Living?

Independent living focuses on the social needs of residents and is for individuals who need limited support. It offers seniors a lifestyle filled with recreation, educational and social opportunities, and a low-stress lifestyle for the “golden years”.

We take care of the often costly and challenging chores of home exterior maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, and interior maintenance/ repairs. No time needs to be carved out of your day for personal laundry, as we do that too! Although we can’t provide medical care or personal assistance for daily activities, you can privately arrange these services.

Living at Victory Place Senior Community offers you support, comfort/ security, delicious nutrition, and companionship. We acknowledge that deciding to leave your home is a huge one, and we want you to choose the best choice for you. The focus can be on doing what you love!

“My mom has gotten her hair done on a regular basis for as long as I can remember but she’s always had to drive to the salon. Now she just gets on the elevator and within minutes, she’s at the salon on the premises. The beautician has many years of experience and she is a very cheerful person with the aim to please!”
